Is it possible to catch the sunrise at the Simatai Wall as the opening hour is 8 a.m.?

I want to hike from Simatai to Jinshanlig - how should I arrange the tickets then and are the double entry tickets (as for Jinshanling section) available? I assume I should start the hike - could anyone tell me how to get there from Xiaoling, Gubei Water Town, where I'll be staying? Thank you for the answer.
