forbidden city to temple of heaven?

Hi, we will be in Beijing at end of this Month (March). I understood the only exit at Forbidden City is either the Gate of Divine Prowess or the East Prosperity Gate. I like to ask if there is a nearby Subway station from the Forbidden City exit or what bus number we should ride going to Temple Of Heaven.

Dear, it's not advised to take subway as you need to walk a lot, but it's quite convenient if you travel by bus. If you exit from the Gate of Divine Powerness, you can take bus 128 and get off at Fahua Si Station. Then you can see the east gate of the Temple of Heaven. If you exit from the East Prosperity Gate, you can take bus 60 and get off at Fahua Si Station, or take bus 2 and get off at the West Gate of the Temple of Heaven.
