Z visa after age 65

I have been teaching in China on a Z type for 9 years. I am now 65 and we were told that I will not be able to get another Z type when the current one expires. What are the possibility of me getting another Z type since my employer still wants me to teach?

As you are over the age limit for Z type, I think it's hard to get another Z type after the current one expires, but there are still some chances.
