I am a Dutch citizen living in the USA (with green card). I am going to China in July '17 for 4 weeks. Where and how do I apply for a visa? Thank you.

Hello there! You should apply for it from China embassy. First, prepare the relevant documents including your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, green card in USA, hotel reservation and round trip air tickets. Next, go to the embassy of China to submit the application to apply for Chinese tourist L type.
