About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I'm fliyng from Rome to Osaka with a 2h and 45 min layover in Beijing Capital Airport.

What is the procedure of this international transfer?
Will I have enough time for this transfer?

Are the both airlines located in the same terminal building? If yes, the time is enough for you to catch the next flight. The procedures are Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Stamped on the Boarding Pass - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding.
