About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

DO I NEED A VISA AS UK PASSPORT HOLDER?

Shanghai short stay and round trip cruise
We will be arriving in Shanghai on 09/04/2017 for two nights, joining a cruise ship for seven nights, then flying home from Shanghai to UK on 11/04/2017. We are UK citizens. Do we need a visa?

Sharan, if your travel route is country A-Shanghai-country B-shanghai-UK, you will be able to use the free transit in Shanghai each time; and then no visa will be needed. You are advised to double check that with the cruise ship company.
