About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hi guys ,i'm Vy. I'm from vietnam. And i want to ask u guys one question. Can u help me?

So my husband from Hongkong and now working in Shanghai,China and i'm in Vietnam . my husband want to guarantee me go to China. So what should i do for apply visa??? And what type i should do to stay there long time ...

Vy, you can apply for an S1 type for China and then you can get a residence permit which may allow you to stay in China for a year. You need to provide your passport and its copy, the application form, a bareheaded color photo, an invitation letter from your husband and copies of his passport and residence permit, as well as your marriage certificate.
