Documents for Indian Nationals travelling to HK

We are a family of 4 (Indian nationals) travelling to HK for Leisure. We have done the online pre-registration and received the Registration Notification slip. I want to know what documents are required to be carried ? Pls suggest urgently as we are travelling on 7th March 2017. Is there a Visa Fee?
