About:China Visa Exemption

My boyfriend and I are flying from Kathmandu to Vancouver. In order to get the cheapest flight,

Hello,
we have layovers in Lhasa (LXA), then Chengdu (CTU), and finally Zhengzhou (CGO). I have an Argentinian passport while my boyfriend has a Canadian passport. We will be in China for less than 24 hours.

Will we qualify for the 24 hour transit visa?
