Calling the Embassy by Phone!

Hello, I am trying to call the Chinese Embassy by phone to ask for the visa, and always I get the answering machine which asks me to dial Zero for operator assistance but never directed to anyone, can you please inform how to call the embassy and succeed in talking to someone?

If so, you can try to contact with the embassy by e-mail. E-mail: chinaemb_lb@mfa.gov.cn
Or go to the embassy in person to inquire about the relevant information.
