About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

I am a Sri Lankan passport holder working in Malaysia.

I have to attend a conference in Hong Kong from June 15th to 20th. I have all the necessary documents.
I am going to Sri Lankan on 25th March. Can I apply for the visa on 27th of March? (Within 3 months of my Hong Kong visit)
