Renewal of china passport

I have a staff that want to renew her china passport. Do we need to get a Q online or go straight to counter with all document?

Tansy, you can go there directly or make an appointment online. With the appointment, you will be able to avoid the queue at the embassy when many people go there for passport renewal.
