About:China Visa on Arrival

I am heading to Shenzhen from Hong Kong with my 9year old daughter.

We are Italian. Can she get VOA at the border?
Do we need her dad's signature, document copy?

Beatrice, yes, she needs a consent letter from her father, and then she can apply for VOA at Shenzhen border.
