About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

15 hrs in Beijing

Hi,
I am a Mexican citizen. I am flying from Houston, my final destination is HK, but I have a 13 hour layover in Beijing (from 5 AM to 18 AM) May I apply for the 72 hour visa? Thank you.
