Mother is visiting

I currently have a Z Visa and my mom is coming to visit my husband and I (and her two grandchildren) in April. Which Visa should she apply for S1 or S2. She is only staying for 41 days so it wont be necessary for a temporary residency permit. Will she need to submit a copy and original of my birth certificate? (I am 29).
