About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Hi my husband is a foreign teacher in China . Can I apply for a spouse visa?

How ? I'm a filipina presently working in dubai .

Athena, if he has residence permit in China, you can apply for a spouse S type for China. First, prepare the relevant documents: your passport and copy of its data page, the application form, a passport-style photo, your work permit in Dubai, an invitation letter from your husband and copies of his passport and residence permit in China, as well as your marriage certificate. Next, submit the application to China embassy.
