Hi,Do i have to wait until I received the work permits, before applying for S1 (for my parents)?  Or would they be able to accept the S1 applicable along with the Work Permit in progress?

After you get the work permit and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit from the company, you can submit the application for S1 type along with the application for work Z type.
