About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

We fly into T3 Beijing Capital Airport, is there a left luggage desk in T3 or is it only T3-C?

Yes, according to the information on the airport official website, the left luggage service counters are only located at T3-C. The detailed locations are the following:
East of public space of Arrival Hall at 2nd foor of T3-C
West of public space of Arrival Hall at 2nd foor of T3-C
