travel to badaling from the airport

Question

Hi, i will be in beijing on a stop over flight transfer on 28th December for 12 hours, we touch down at midday 12.00 at beijing capital airport, is this enough time to get to Badaling, i read the closing time is 18.00?Presumably not enough time to get public transport so would have to get a taxi there and back, roughly how much is this each way? And can you find taxis at Badaling easy enough to take you back to the airport?Thanks for the help

Ryan, you are right, the Wall will be closed by 18:00, but you still have enough time to tour around there. You can rent a car from the airport for your round-trip and one way bus ride should take around 2h. You still have about 3h staying there.You can find the car rental service on 1F of Arrival Hall, T2 or the car rental experience area, T3.
