About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

German national entering Beijing from Taiwan and then again from North Korea

I will travel from Taiwan to Beijing Airport and stay there for ~60h. Then, I will leave from Beijing Airport to North Korea for about a week and fly into Beijing Airport. About 60h later I will leave China for good and head to Germany. Does the 72h rule apply to me on both ways?
