About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

We are 5 people who have to travel to Macau for an office conference,

where should we get the invitation letter from ? China or Hong kong and do we need a letter from The ministry of Foreign affairs from either of the above stated places?

We don't have an office in Macau and we have received the invitation from our Singapore office for the conference which will be held in Macau so will that email invite suffice ? Or should I ask our Singapore office to share more details about it
