About:China Customs Declaration

Will be buying clothing in China as gifts to family. Will I need to declare when coming back to US?

Kim, that depends on the total value the clothings. I don't know the regulations about US customs, but for your reference, Chinese residents are required to make declaration and pay tax for products valued over CNY5,000.
