Business meetings with a tourist visa

I have a multiple entry 10-year tourist L type. I am taking a tourism trip next month, but want to tack on a few meetings with clients while I am there. I will be traveling with a suit which may give away that I have some business planned in China. Do I need to reapply for a Business M type or will they not care?

You can use the tourist L type to attend the meetings. No need to attend a new business M type then.
