luoyang trip

Question

Hi,I have a rough idea in mind. I will arrive in Luoyang Longmen Station at 2:00 pm. I will leave the next day from Luoyang Longmen Station at 7:30 PM. I wish to see Luoyang old city, Longmen grotto, shaolin temple and Luoyang museum. How would you suggest to layout the schedule? My rough plan is:Arrive Longmen. Go straight to Grotto from station. After go to Luoyang old city. Next day in the morning visit Luoyang museum and then go to Shaolin temple. Then return to Longmen station for train. What do you think? Is this doable?

Will you take the public transportation touring around Luoyang? If so, I do not think you can finish your rough plan. First day, Longmen Grotto and Old city, stay in the downtown. Next morning, take bus to Shaolin Temple directly. After visit, take an afternoon bus back to Luoyang and transfer to another bus to the Longmen Railway station.
