opening hours of railway station

we want to book the 7:21 am train from shenzhen to guilin, is it possible for us to collect the ticket around 6:45 at shenzhen station.

The schedule begins since 7am in Shenzhen North thus the ticket counter should be on duty at least around 6am or 6:30am.
