About:China Work Visa

Can you apply for a work visa (Z) if you are already in China.

They are telling the i have to go back to my country and apply there. Not really sure if its true.

Jaga, you can try to convert your current visa to a work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. It is possible, but if it cannot work, you may need to go back to your country and apply there.

Yes, I found out that if you already have any different kind of visa, you can simply change it to Z type without having to get out of China. Unfortunately in my case, I dont have a visa because I can stay in China for 30 days visa free. So I guess I go back to Mongolia to get a single entry visa once I get my work permit here. :)
