student x type conversion to a different provinceuniversity

Question

I am a PhD student in a university in Hefei,Anhui.But due to my physical problem in the laboratory, i quit my current programme and scholarship. But the current year i want to change my major and apply to a different university(its in Tianjin). If i got the scholarship, Do i need again to do X1 type from my country, as i have already got Visa for this province. or i can change the status of the Visa by going to local PSB to apply for the extension.Please mail me.waiting for your valuable reply sir.

Sumit, if you can get the offer from a different university, you can try to make the relevant application within China. If it can be done, you don’t need to go back to your home country.
