l lost my passport with a visa need a visa transfer

Im a Zimbabwean , l lost my passport carrying a multiple visa for 12 month ,l have a work permit and l applied the visa here in South Africa and now l have a new passport but lm still waiting fo a transfer of my permit to my new passport so since lm waiting fo my work permit can l get a transfer of my visa in Zimbabwe ,what are requirements and how much it will cost
