dalian visit during february

which places are worth visit during this february month?how much it cost and how to go there by public transport?
please give me details about cheap trip so i can go there easily.

Hello, the Tiger Beach Ocean Park and Jinshitan Scenic Area are recommended. City bus no. 2, 4, 30 or 47 can take you to the ocean park and subway lne 3 leads to Jinshitan. Public transportation is a good choice for self-tour. But the attractions mentioned are a little far apart. You may choose one of them.
