About:Beijing Travel

Arrive Capital Airport via Air Canada, 2 hours layover at PEK, then depart for HK via Air China.

Is this considered International to international? Is so, what are the transfer procedures? Do I need to pass through Immigration inspection? Customs inspection? Thanks

Yes, you are right. It is an international to international transfer both in T3.
The transfer procedures are Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Border Inspection - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding.

Jeremiah,
Thank you for the quick reply.
Can you provide more details of the "transfer procedures" in your answer. I'd like to know details like such as
1. Are there signs directing me where to go to go through the transfer procedures as I unboard the plane upon arrival
2. Are there signs directing me where to go to "boarder inspection", "security check" and "custom inspection"?

Thank you in advance

Do you have connecting flight boarding pass? If yes, verify the boarding gate of your flight via the flight display screen, and then follow the guiding signs for the transfer circuit to head for right boarding gate.
If not, follow the guiding signs for the transfer circuit to go to the Transfer Counter at 3rd floor for handling boarding procedures. Then follow the guiding signs to go through immigration, personal security check and customs inspection, and then go to corresponding boarding gate.
Don't worry.
