About:Beijing Travel

I am planning to have China family trip on 16th - 26th Dec 2017.

Actually I already have the accommodation & itinerary. We are going to visit Beijing-Xian-Shanghai.
Still we need to rent a small bus/car including the driver (contains with 12 adults & 1 child).
Can you inform me where can I rent a small bus with the English speaking driver?
Please kindly inform the reliable car rental & cost estimation.
