Whats best way to get same day comfortably direct to Guangzhou Shangri-la Hotel from HKIA?

You can take the long-distance bus from HKIA to Guangzhou Canton Landmark Hotel first. The bus schedule will operate until 21:50. Thus you can catch it. It takes around 3.5 hours. And the ticket fare is 250 HKD per person. After arriving, take a taxi to the destination directly. The cab fare is CNY 40-50.
