Are there any comfortable and direct buses traveling from Haikou to Nanning?

If yes, the length of the journey and the cost?

Yes, it is advised to take long-distance bus from Main Coach Station to the destination directly. The ticket fare is CNY280 per person. It takes 12-15 hours on the way.
