About:China Visa

Is the facility to obtain a short stay Chinese visa available at Shanghai cruise ship terminal?

I am Australian, arriving on cruise ship from previous port, Hong Kong, for 16 hour visit in Shanghai, then departing on same ship for next port Busan.

Kim, yes, it is possible to get free transit facility at Shanghai cruise ship terminal.
If you travel like that, you can probably get the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai. You are advised to double check that with the cruise ship company.
