About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi, I want to go to Shanghai to attend my son wedding party from Australia.

The trip is SYD -> HKG (2 days), then HKG -> PVG (5 days), then PVG -> HKG -> SYD (direct transit flight).
Am I qualify for the 144 Visa Free criteria?
