About:China Visa

when my return from Canada my layover time is 22hours in Kunming airport.

I hope to stay over night at air port hotel at out side from air port. Do I need get visa or stay-permit for it?

No, you don’t need a visa for that because you will qualify for the 24 hour direct transit in Kunming. You just need to apply for a free temporary stay permit at Kunming airport to leave the airport and stay at the airport.
