my passport expire on Oct/20/2017, pls inform how to renew it. What form to fill and can it renew by mail

Two ways to do it. First, go to Chinese consulate in NYC (42nd and 11th) and bring your completed form, HKID, current HK passport and they will relay the info to ImmD. You gotta pay an extra fee to have the form delivered from the embassy (telegram fee). Passport will usually be ready for pickup in two months.Second way is you apply it by post or online, but you gotta pick it up in HK.Forms can be found on ImmD website.
