Where To Renewal Of Singapore Passport in China, Hainan

Hi,
I have a friend that her Singapore Passport is less than 6 months validity and she currently at China; Hainan.
Now she has problem to purchase return air ticket back to Singapore. How to renew her passport in Hainan?

She should renew her passport at the consulate general of Singapore in Guangzhou. She should first provide a completed application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, as well as her passport and its photocopy, and other documents required by the consular officers. Next, submit the application to the consulate general of Singapore for the renewal.
