About:China Private Visit Visa

My mother is coming with her s2 type in 2 weeks time.

She has 30days entry but can i extend her visa when shes already in china? I need her to stay with me until june so in total its 4 months. Would it be possible?and what are her requirements to extend her S2 type?

Ej, yes, you can extend her S2 type 7 days prior to its expiry date, but the extended time won’t exceed the original duration of stay.
In order to extend the S2 type, she needs to provide her passport, a fully filled-out application form, a recently-taken bareheaded color photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, an invitation letter from you’re and copies of your passport and residence permit, as well the relationship certificate.

So with her visa s2 30 days cannot extend here for 4 months? Is that right?

And also where could i get the application extension form? Any site? So i can fill it up? Do u have tge address in Suzhou industrial park where i can extend her visa? Tha.ks a lot
