Hi, i was in china in early 2016 on a work visa for 6 months.

I fell in love with the country and the culture and then decided to return to study Chinese language in one of it's universities. I've gotten my invitation letter from the university i applied to. I am in Ukraine at the moment and i have to go apply in Nigeria (my country) . On my invitation letter, i saw they wrote deadline for registration is 15/02/2017 but i will not be able to leave Ukraine until 13/02/2017. which means i will definitely not meet the deadline. But i have contacted my agent and explained my situation and he told me that the university will let me join as long as i pay immediately i arrive in china which i am ready to do. will the deadline thing hinder me from getting a visa in Nigeria?
