A fully completed Arrival/Departure Card

Hi, we are traveling from Belgium to Shanghai for five days and then towards Australia. A valid passport, plane tickets and a visa for Australia we have. Where can we find a Arrival/Departure Card?

Before you land on Shanghai, the air attendant will give you the Arrival/Departure Card.
