About:Year of the Rabbit

Should we move 2017 or 2018?

Hello,
I seek your insight as a wood rabbit (1963), please. My boyfriend is a snake (1953), we have been together for four years. Will this be a good year for us to move and take positions in Europe? Or should we wait for 2018? I know from reading 2017, for me, it is best to stay where I am, as a Substitute Teacher and a Masters degree student. My boyfriend is a writer and has an opportunity in Europe to write. We wonder if this is a good year for change? Or, if we should wait?

Teri,
Any move to a different continent, requires courage and determination. You are a Water Rabbit and your man is a Water Snake. Our table shows that Rabbit and Snake make the worst couple. Since you two have been together for 4 years it must be something that glues you together, that defies astrology. This year is your opposite year, and in 2019 is your man’s bad year. Because your togetherness was started 4 years ago, now is the best time for you two to move there. If you move just by yourself, it is not a good move. So only as a couple, you are blessed astrologically to move for greener pastures. Good luck to both of you.

I am a Earth rabbit and my partner is a wood rat. Will 2017 hold good career prospects? And have a good relationahip?

Glydel,
Rabbit and rat make good partners (our chart says you are the perfect match), although because you have Earth element of your year of birth, and your partner has Wood, you will find that your partner is too controlling, which at your age is not a hurdle. This year is your’ opposite year, and everything you try to do doesn’t work. Take your time, and wait for better times, as 2018 will be an excellent year for you. As for your partner, will also have a difficult year, with the exception of career, which will do well. Good luck to both of you.

Thank you so very much. Between my boyfriend and I we speak six languages and moving, we raised our children (from previous marriages) overseas and in the US. So we are ready. We do defy the odds, we are proof. I married to a Dog (1958) years ago and I was so unhappy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your reply.

Follow up reply: I would like to add, was a water rabbit and my bf a snake, I have never felt more supported, respected and loved for being myself. We compliment each other and have so many similarities and share many interest. So astrologically we are not a fit, but in our reality we are a fantastic harmonious mutually nurturing fit.
