Which place are better to go either xiling snow mountain or longchi national park to see snow or skiing..

Both places are good destinations to see snow and skiing. I personally suggest you go to Xiling Mountain, as there are direct buses at Chadianzi Bus Station to the mountain leaving at 8:50 and 9:20. It is very convenient.
