About:Shanghai 15-day Visa-free Policy for Cruise Tour Groups

Joining a cruise in Shanghai

We are flying into Shanghai from Australia for 2 days prior to beginning a cruise, which the visits Tianjin. We will spend 3 days in Tianjin and Beijing before the ship travels to Sth Korea. Do we qualify for the 144 hours transit visa.

Sorry, Annie, I'm afraid you don't qualify for 144 hrs free transit. However, if you book a tour in Shanghai, it's possible to use the 15-day visa-free visit policy for cruise passengers.
