About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

I will be joining a tour group in China which starts at Beijing and then finish in Shanghai.

I will travel from Australia to Beijing and start the tour in Beijing. The tour finish in Shanghai. I will then travel to Hong Kong. From Hong Kong, I wish to visit Shenzhen by myself for one or two days. I will then fly back to Australia Can I apply for one visa? or must I apply for two separate visas?

Juanita, happy to tell you that you don't need any visa for the trips if your Beijing-Shanghai tour is less than 15 days as Australian passport holders can enter China visa free and stay for 15 days.
For re-entry to Shenzhen from HK, you will get another 15-day visa-free stay.
