The ferry is no longer available. The hotline for booking a bus is 400-600-8080, but I'm afraid they do not speak English. Why don't you take a train? It's safer and more comfortable. If interested, this website offers train ticket bokking service and they speak English or you can contact them via booking@travelchinaguide.com0
