About:Beijing Weather in April

I'm traveling to Beijing March 29th to April 9th. What should I expect weather conditions to be?

It's spring then, and starts to get warm. However, it usually winds a lot in spring but seldom rain. You can wear long-sleeve t-shirt and an overcoat.
