UK passport runs out 18th April 2018.

I have a UK passport and it runs out on 18th April 2018.
I have a multiple entry 2 year visa stamped into it.
The Chinese visa runs out on the same day. 18th April 2018.
Can I enter China 28th December 2017 and stay in China for 11 weeks and return to Uk in mid March 2018, before the UK passport and Chinese Visa expires.
