Hi Curtis~ tq for your analysis
May i ask for further analysis whether 2018 or 2019 will be good year for job change, i have had excellent work performance, multi tasking, multiple process automation, issue rectifications, streamlining, simplifications, cost savings and constantly supporting others (multi functional) and everytime i move department some previous department workloads seem to always follow me around while (changed 3 depts, turned down the 4th bcoz of this) and currently still doing most of those 3 depts related items and just treated as a skillset instead including new items while only being rated strong rather than top this year...its my first ever real job and has been over 11yrs+....currently fed up but company winding down and have severance package most probably until mid 2018, doubt will be let go even if i opt for early redundancy, package sort of tying me up, also with debts atm and country economy aint gr8 due falling oil prices....will 2018/2019 be a better time than 2017....i read somewhere if i move out this year it may not be good for the coming years...multi stress now...appreciate ur analysis tks~
