I'm afraid not. You are advised to take a taxi from the railway station to the East Bus Station first. The cab fare is around CNY 20. Then you can find several direct coaches that run to the scenic area. I remember that the first bus departs at 8:00. The trip takes about 2 hours. Hope helpful!
